Alexandra Burke Under Police Protection After Twitter Death Threats

Alexandra Burke has been put under police protection after receiving death threats.
The 'Hallelujah' singer told fans how she was frightened after a Twitter user allegedly threatened to "murder" her.
The 23-year old was bombarded with a string of viscious tweets, such as: 'I'm going to kill you tonight.' The web menace continued to abuse her, threatening to stab the star and throw a brick at her. A final warning read "Prepare to die."
A source told Metro: "The messages totally freaked Alexandra out. She immediately contacted Twitter to request the user be blocked and asked for the account to be removed."
Alexandra's mum Melissa was so distressed that she decided to call the police, who agreed to meet Alex at the entry of the club when she arrived, to escort her in.
Before arriving at the Rose Club in central London to launch her Lip Boom collection, the 2008 F-Factor winner tweeted: "So nervous about tonight... Launching my lipstick range... I’m not even performing and my heart is racing! Arrgghh."
The source added: "Her own team weren’t taking any chances. Her management decided to draft in extra security to be by her side all night."
Alex was recently threatened by a man in a resturant, who joked that she was annoying him so much, he was going to stab her with a knife.

Keri Hilson Exposes Nipples On Red Carpet

Keri Hilson had a wardrobe malfunction over the weekend, when her nipples became exposed through her sheer blouse.
The 'Pretty Girl Rock' singer walked the red carpet for Timbaland and Missy Elliott's show in New York, when she suffered the nip-slip. Wearing a red, blue, white and black sheer top, both of Keri's nipples were clearly visible under the glare of the flashing cameras.
In the photos obtained by MediaTakeOut, Keri appeared oblivious to the expose and continued to pose for the cameras.
Do you think Keri's nip-slip was intentional or accidental?

President Zuma's 70th birthday

President Jacob Zuma has received “proud” wishes for his 70th birthday from the African National Congress in his home province of KwaZulu-Natal.
“The ANC KZN provincial executive committee and the entire membership would like to take this opportunity to wish President Jacob Zuma a happy birthday,” provincial secretary Sihle Zikalala said in a statement.
Zuma turns 70 on Thursday.
“We are proud of the contribution comrade Zuma made during the painful liberation struggle, which saw him being separated from his family for years,” said Zikalala.
“The ANC in KwaZulu-Natal also salutes president Zuma for the role he continues to play in our organisation and as the head of government in South Africa.”
ANC spokesman Jackson Mthembu said Zuma would settle for nothing less than the total emancipation of all South Africans.
“As a leader, he continues to inspire our people and give hope of a better tomorrow.
“We want to salute him for having spent the better years of his selfless life in the service of the people of South Africa.
“We also want to thank his family and kin for having shared one of their own with us in the long-drawn struggle that sought to restore the dignity and freedom of our people.
The ANC Women’s League said President Zuma’s 70th birthday is a milestone that South Africans should be proud of.
“Comrade Jacob Zuma has dedicated most of his 70 years to the African National Congress and to the people of South Africa and for that we thank him,” it said in a statement. “Not many can boast a track record of selfless service to the struggle and to the country as the president can.”
